Role:Production Support /Ops Manager/Lead JD Location : San Francisco, CA Hiring Mode : Fulltime/Contract Remote/Onsite : Onsite (No initial remote option, 2 weeks may be considered to relocate), local is preferred Note : We do not need any Technical skills for this role, however we need someone who has knowledge of access management (good to have). Should have a great communication skill and should be able to coordinate between various stakeholders and drive some of the bank initiatives) Who are we looking for? Overall 10+ years of experience in production support with discussing all production support aspects with application development management. Technical Skills:

  • Experience in oversee operational activities at every level of an organization.
  • Hands experience in managing Banking or Trading platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of Python, ETL, Informatica, SQL
  • Good ITIL foundational knowledge.
  • Excellent process knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing and managing SLAs.
  • Experience on managing quality assurance programs also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
  • Responsible for making sure systems and applications run smoothly by identifying problems and deploying smart solutions.
  • Experience on managing team ticket queue and resolve in timely manner. Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
  • Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary.
  • Assist all customers and provide production support for all designs and perform tests on all installation process for infrastructure.
  • Experience on Interacting with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA, and application teams
  • Experience on Collaborating with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
  • Experience on reporting promptly to management and business partners regarding critical outages until resolution.
  • Working knowledge of database concepts
  • Strong working knowledge in Banking application
  • Very good communication skills
