Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: BA or BS degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Identifying and implementing metrics to measure results and efficiency in areas being supported. Salesforce experience Experience in project/program management. 7 years of experience in business process analysis, support operations management, and/or global program management Education:BA or BS degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Years Experience:7 years of experience in business process analysis, support operations management, and/or global program management Preferred Qualifications:MBA, MS or other advanced degree with experience in a consulting organization in technology practice (or equivalent) or operations research or equivalent Experience in PMP, Six Sigma (Green/Black), Lean, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, Pull Planning, A3, etc. proven ability to oversee projects and apply project management methodologies to ensure successful completion 2 years of experience in support, customer-facing operations, and/or technical support or enterprise (B2B) support. Evidence of a bias to action with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making. Ability to effectively influence and communicate multi-functionally with cross functional stakeholders Data Analysis and SQL Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational initiatives and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
