Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Program Manager, Integrated Marketing for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA. This position is also open to Hybrid if local to offices in San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA, Washington, DC, Portland, OR, New York, NY, Arden Hills, MN, Los Angeles, CA, Lehi, UT, Emeryville, CA, Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, College Park, MD, Boston, MA, Austin, TX. Responsibilities :
- Create and drive team framework and process for coordinating the development of new performance marketing assets (programmatic display; paid social, paid video channels) used in marketing campaigns to drive acquisition of Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolios.
- Drive the quarterly process for creative briefings, creative reviews and approvals, and distribution of assets.
- Develop and manage detailed, cross-team plans that take into account asset requirement sand deliverables.
- Anticipate how decisions are made; explore new ways of doing things; and work collaboratively to create results.
- Support the team by facilitating regular project status and review meetings; ensuring cross-functional team members are involved at the right time.
- Be a connection point for the Integrated Marketing team, the Studio team, and Performance Marketing team.
- Drive communication throughout the team and our partners within the global marketing organization
- Uphold standards and ensure proper processes and tools are applied including integrations across SharePoint, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently

- Minimum BA/BS
- Ideally 4+ years of operations, communications, marketing, consulting or related experience
