• Maintain documentation organization for the program (shared drive, gSuite)
• Maintain the WBS in the assigned application (Smartsheet)
• Apply the JIRA rules and maintain the dashboard Monthly reports
• Work with product owners and scrum master to ensure timely update of the monthly reports pages Look for opportunities to improve and consolidate
