ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a project manager to join our Business Operations team! This individual will provide project management experience to designated projects and assignments for the company, our partners, and our clients. The project manager will interact with Product, Client and Partner Success, Culinary and Logistics, and other internal and externalstakeholders to drive execution on all components, share information on timelines and budgets, and will be responsible for successful completion of each project. They will be avalued partner across the EAT Club team on all aspects of the business and help drive company goals and strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and execute on company projects to ensure that deadlines are met, potentialroadblocks and risks anticipated, escalated and solved for and alignment across teams delivered
  • Communicate and influence on project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality
  • Partner with relevant cross-functional teams (Partner Success, Product, Operations) to set up programs for success including capturing action items from meetings and providing regular reporting
  • Quickly evaluate and prioritize projects based on changes in needs, resources, roadblocks, and deadlines
  • Monitor performance of recently launched projects, triage and address issues as needed
  • Work closely with Client Success and Partner Success teams to execute tasks related to customer or site launches using project management and revenue tools
  • Translate relevant, actionable information to be digestible by multiple audiences (project-level resources to executives)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2-3 years of Corporate work experience
  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
  • Strong business acumen required to work cross-functionally and understand our various Operator and Client profiles
  • Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, and create opportunities for others
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to adapt/make changes quickly
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with high-level direction and guidance
  • Ability to work effectively with and communicate complex ideas to people at all levels in an organization
