Position: Sr. Project Manager Location: SFO,Ca (Onsite day one) work exp required is 6+ yrs as PM and overall work exp. could go upto 10-12 yrs. Responsibilities: the Senior Project Manager role will be focused on the rollout and continued build out of Salesforce including CRM and Client Lifecycle Management. The individual is extremely adaptable and has the ability to manage multiple highly complex projects. The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved. Line of Business-Specific Requirements: Candidates for this role should have experience working within an investments/wealth organization and display an understanding and appreciation for the complexities therein. Salesforce experience is a plus including background supporting data-centric programs. 6+ years as a project manager is essential for this role. Candidates with less experience will not be considered. Project reporting, governance and transparency is also essential and must be demonstrated through previous projects and success. Key Skills: You'll be a great fit if you have: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in business management 10+ years of strong project management skills and relevant experience in a PMO environment Senior management related leaderships skills Experience executing enterprise-level projects and/or product management Superior communication skills Proven leadership, relationship management, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills Successful track record of senior project level experience, including large scale enterprise wide initiatives 8+ years working within a PPM Practice responsible for portfolio operations management and delivering all required processes and tools to be successful Strong People leadership skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Articulate, persuasive communicator with ability to build trust and effectively work across all levels of the organization. Able to influence change and gain buy-in, including with executives and challenging audiences. Ability to influence without authority Results-oriented; knows how to evaluate effectiveness of execution on a wide range of initiatives/programs.
