We are looking for an experienced, confident, and driven Sales Engineer to join our Sales Team. As our Sales Engineer, you work closely with the VP of Sales and the rest of the Sales Team to close deals through providing superior technical expertise and developing thoughtful recommendations for appropriate technical solutions to our customers. You are responsible for driving our future growth by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers. About You

Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Develop and present proposals on how our product can help prospective clients
  • Have a thorough understanding of the product and how it is unique from our competitors
  • Assist the other members of the Sales Team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team and Product Team on improvements to the product and services
  • Drive efforts that ultimately lead to achieving our annual goal of 3X revenue growth and 3X Live Trading Partnerships
  • Handle complex negotiations that are mutually beneficial and strengthen customer relationships
  • Consult and advise customers resulting in increased adoption, enterprise-wide deployments, and client retention
  • Communicate ideas on improvements and best practices for resolving deal obstacles
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with EDI
  • Comfortable working with APIs
  • 3+ B2B Saas solutions sales role driving substantial revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • Must be self-motivated, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Must be an effective communicator with a willingness to teach others, and to adapt your communication style for interacting with team members, leadership, board members and customers
  • Must be someone who remains humble and is inclined to continuously learn, iterate and grow
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Availability during North American business hours and global availability as needed to collaborate with other team members around the world
