- Identify and implement Salesforce best practices to increase utilization and improve workflows
- Receive incoming calls from WM teams and provide accurate, efficient resolutions
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to identify common issues and training opportunities within Salesforce
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Roll up your sleeves to assist colleagues with troubleshooting and system navigation issues
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM technology experience required
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
- ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business stakeholders and Information Services teams.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud is a plus
- Experience in Banking/Financial industry and/or Service Industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership/management experience highly preferred
