Pharma domain experience or strong life science domain experienced profiles.Very knowledgeable of Salesforce Service Cloud with many years of configuration experience with call centers and some understanding (not hands-on) of Apex development.Able to communicate very well (both verbally and written) and have the maturity to conduct 1:1 and 1:M requirement and problem solving work sessions with the client.Must be very organized and be able to work with other members of the project team to coordinate and validate WIP, such as:- the client business and IT teams,
- the offshore development team,
- the SQA team,
- the UAT team,
- integration teams, and the Validation team
Job description:Create Functional Specification documents2. Work closely with architect and developers to translate business requirements into technology design and solution. Ensure the epics and stories are well understood by technical delivery teams and developed solutions meet business expectations. 3. Manage and Design the data migration strategy into Salesforce from multiple sources. Data integration from external sources with Salesforce application4. Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups5. Ongoing documentation throughout the development6. Strong knowledge on Salesforce CRM Content (Files, Chatter and Content Libraries) 7. Experience with Agile methodology and tools. 8. Good Knowledge on salesforce data models, custom objects, custom labels, custom fields, Picklists, Page layouts, Workflow Alerts & Actions, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Flows , Process builders , custom Tabs, custom reports, Record Types, Report folders, Visualforce Pages, Custom Setting Record Types and Dashboards according to application requirements.9. Stay up to date on new Salesforce features / capabilities. Challenge business requests by applying your knowledge of the platform as well as system design best practices, when necessary.
