Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager to work with a Digital Healthcare company

Scrum Master/Technical Project ManagerFull-Time opportunityOffice located in San Francisco, CA The RoleThe Company is looking for a Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager candidate to join a strong engineering team in building platform. This candidate will have a direct impact on the infrastructure and delivery of our core enterprise data offerings. TheScrum Master/Technical Project Manager will orchestrate development and assist our multiple, growing engineering teams. The scrum master’s responsibilities will include ensuring development teams follow our agile framework and processes while mentoring and motivating the teams to successfully deliver. They will eliminate team impediments, facilitate meetings and decision making processes.The role will also coordinate directly with the Product team and Director of Implementations to ensure timely programmatic deliverables. The role will be responsible for communication of deliverables at a project level to the company at large. The role will be responsible for oversight of engineering teams’ (currently 5) schedules to support that timely delivery. ResponsibilitiesDetermining and managing issues, bugs, risks, and action itemsScheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processesMonitoring progress and performance to help teams make planning and delivery improvementsEnsuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum teamTracking project processes deliverables to business and productPreparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders and senior managementMaintain collaborative partnership with the Product TeamBalance company/customer expectations with internal technical needsMaintain project plans with relevant team membersIdentify and schedule resources needed for project elementsOversee the implementation schedule of project deliverables QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferredCertified scrum master, SAFe preferred3+ years experience with Jira or ADO3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role3 years of experience in IT, project management or a related fieldWorking knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutionsLeadership and management experienceExcellent project management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent computer literacy skills Personal SkillsCollaborative problem solving skillsDecisive decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsComfortable with frequent priority changesDetail orientedAbility to problem-solve under pressureHighly organized and diligent in documentationShares experiences and encourages collaborationFlexibility and PersistenceOptimism and Servant LeadershipNice to HaveExperience with ConfluenceExperience with Project Management softwareJob TypeFull-time.
