DescriptionOur client, a prestigious San Francisco real estate investment firm is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to assist the CFO with financial reporting and investor analysis. Please send your resume to Emily.Salman@RobertHalfFS.com to be considered.Senior Accountant Day-to-Day:
Account analysis, data review and research for monthly financial reporting.
Oversee revenue projection, revenue recognition and follow up on missing revenue
Coordinate lender requests for loan compliance
Prepare upper tier financial statements
Assist in investor requests
Senior Accountant Requirements:
Excellent time management skills must be able to multitask and meet deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Must be dedicated with attention to detail, success driven, dependable and a team player to assist all levels of accounting and finance functions.
BA/BS Degree in Accounting (or Business/Finance related major) with minimum of five years of accounting and finance related experience
Aptech/ PVNG experience preferred
