They develop, manage and invest in property in more than 60 cities globally.The Role:This position will provide support through the debt life cycle and will liaise closely with the Treasury Analyst to ensure loans (and related instruments) are properly boarded and maintained within the Treasury Management System. This position will also work closely with the investment and development teams to ensure accurate information is provided to lenders in the origination phase and working with the investment and development teams, and accounting, to ensure budgets, forecasts and loan draws are properly recorded.Notes from the team:· As the Debt Analyst on this debt strategy team, you will be exposed to all aspects of the loan procurement process, bid solicitation, due diligence support for lenders, and liaising with several departments.· The growth track would be obvious. Knowledge of loan documentation, covenant review, and fundings Bachelor degree with a quantitative background.
