Supervised institutions are in all states of the District and range in size and complexity from small community organizations to some of the largest banking organizations in the country.We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who has a concrete background in building scalable, maintainable, and impactful business automation applications primarily using the Microsoft 365 Suite, including Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and data visualization tools. You will be responsible for acquiring and analyzing business requirements, as well as developing, testing, integrating, and maintaining custom applications/solutions. You will ensure that system improvements are completed and work independently with minimal direction.Hiring Requirements- Employ strong critical thinking skills to conceive, design, develop, test, implement, improve, and support technical solutions
- Recommend/employ technical approaches to develop solutions that efficiently address business requirements and team member needs
- Employ dynamic technical to craft and implement collaboration spaces (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and business process automation solutions (e.g., Power Platform)
- Perform design and development duties within the Bank's Intranet portal environment
- Provide technical mentorship and training to peers, team members, and customers
- Collect and document business requirements for application development projects
- Provide end-user support such as: respond to requests for information; process ad-hoc requests for hardware and software support; facilitate the use of collaboration tools
- Resolve user support issues to ensure efficient operations
- Add to the development and revision of department unit technical standards and procedures
- Possess good interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail skills, as well as substantial oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audiences
- Employ strong critical thinking to identify the root cause of issues with business processes as well as issues related to the development and deployment of custom IT solutions
- Have initiative to learn new IT skills
- Maintain focus on the needs of our customers
- Actively extend courtesy and insight in all interactions with customers
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 6+ years of SharePoint development experience
- A demonstrated ability to analyze elaborate business problems to produce business process design and develop solutions
- Knowledgeable with MS Power Platform (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with C#, .NET Frameworks; Python, VBA, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL, and Web Services is a plus
