• Lead planning and execution for the next phase of project deployment. Includes all status reports, financials, project assignments, task plans, test environments, change management, deployment and implementation and testing with vendors or government agencies as applicable• Provide level of effort estimates (LOEs) as required• Act as the point of contact for the implementation on behalf of IT team.• Plan and lead project meetings to ensure proper turnaround and repair of defects• Provide weekly progress reporting as mandated by IT MAS Government Programs portfolio• Coordinate test environments, testing, and change management (promotion to production)• Provide guidance, consistency, and continuity for the program team• Ensure the quality of the product being delivered under the Program per business expectations• Review and approve all work products• Act as the initial point of escalation for the team• Identify issues, risks and report the handling of them to management• Ongoing status updates, filing of project deliverables and plans, escalation of issues and the publication of results pursuant to standards established and published for the Regional MAS PMO. Includes any documentation needed for the National or Regional Compliance Offices to certify the position of MAS under the national auspices of the program.• Organize MS TEAMS to include a project partition, and within that, a business area partition, to meet the “single source of truth in testing” for coordination, control, and status reporting.• Highlight critical success factors and exit criteria, to prioritize test cases and key features defined as “must haves” for the MAS region.• Work with IT contacts to ensure that all testing is coordinated with IT testing phases and environments.• Inspect documented test progress and defects as they are identified.• Oversee daily defect tracking and resolution assignment meetings to ensure that defects are being handled and assigned as testing continues.• Adjust timetables and target delivery timelines as needed, based on the success of testing being conducted.• Approve all SDLC-related documentation and compliance with those standards, phase gate reviews, steering committee updates, as required, etc.• Secure approvals and signoffs as needed.• Use MSPO tools, techniques, and reporting standards as they develop and are deployed over the course of the year 2021.
