- 5+ years' experience in Software Development, 3+ years Salesforce Development experience
- Experience with custom APEX, LWC/Aura, VSCode, GitHub, etc
- Experience with either custom integrations or Middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc
- Comfortable with CI/CD release tools like Jenkins, Kanban, Scrum, etc
- Experience working with Technical debt and execution of solution redesign
- Expert with declarative tools & processes
- Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Data Architecture & Management, Application Architect, Systems Architect
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into consideration)
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
