The team provides world-class counsel to accelerate the business and deliver relevant content to build trust, drive stakeholder perception, and protect and enhance the company's reputation.Within the Public Affairs, Communications & Brand Management team, the Publishing & Capabilities Team supports social media content publishing for all Integrated, In House and Organic campaigns, operationalyzing social capabilities and governance for Lines of Business (LOBs) and all branded social platforms.The Social Media Publishing & Capabilities (DMC3) Digital Media Consultant will be responsible for Social Media Governance, including risk mitigation, adherence to compliance policies, management and development of all policies and procedures for publishing, campaign execution, access, audit support, ADA compliance, and for maintaining safe and secure standards for our participation on Social Media. The individual will play a key role in ensuring both in-house, agency-led paid programs and organic content publishing are adhering to our policies and procedures, process management, and maintaining our procedure efficiencies.Key responsibilities include:Leadership across demonstrating competency for responsibilities such as process documentation and management.

Lead management, development and documentation of procedures that improve process efficiencies, serving as a resource for the team and our partners.

On-boarding new clients to the Paid Social processes and work with all internal teams.

Training for new hires, internal social team, and agency-wide on new capabilities & processes.

Lead the development of ADA compliance requirements on the web and in social media.

Developing strong working relationships internally and with other departments to ensure open lines of communications regarding priorities, requirements, and status.

Enforcing the social platform requirements to help reduce process risk.

Enforcement of workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardized approach, management, and activation.

Engagement with the technology support team to provide guidance and feedback on the automated system (Sprinklr), facilitating improvements and efficiency.

Lead coordination of Audit processes and Business Resiliency testing.

Manage tracking of owned social properties within Enterprise Data Governance processes.

Manage security access to owned social channels.

Experience in digital and/or social campaign execution, amplification and media buying strategies.

Experience in project management, scheduling, production workflow & marketing disciplines

Proven experience with an understanding of social media platform advertising (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest).

Process-driven with ability to help define and refine new processes.

Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity; self-directed.
