The Retail Advisory Integration team is responsible for the following interrelated functions:

Retail Advisory Advice Strategy: Sponsor-level strategic support for CS&Co. 's advisory products, including: completing key advisory-related strategic projects, representing the retail perspective on large Advisory-related initiatives, and facilitating the Advisory Products Sponsor Council.

Retail Advisory Integration: Leader of Advisory retail product integration efforts, by coordinating among key partners to ensure Advisory products are accurately integrated and adopted within the retail channel.

Sales & Recommendations Process Business Ownership: Business owner of the sales & recommendations processes with a goal to develop a clear 'future state' for advice processes and related technologies, understand projects impacting advice workflows to ensure they are advancing our end vision, and partner with Sales Operations to orchestrate related sales practices.

To fulfill this vision, the team collaborates with a broad set of customers and partners-our executive leadership, field and client-facing colleagues, legal and compliance, product and technology - to ensure key decisions are designed with a focus on both the client & representatives experience and carried out smoothly across the organization.

What you are good at

The Senior Manager role in the Retail Advisory Integration team will play a pivotal role in helping drive the team's agenda. The successful candidate will possess a combination of project management skills, critical thinking, regulatory knowledge, and relationship management abilities that allows them to quickly shift from tactical execution to critical thinking and be comfortable operating independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Retail Advisory Integration.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and complete key advisory and/or regulatory project efforts working with internal team members across sales, marketing, field enablement, operations, legal, compliance, and supervision and controls.
  • Establish cross functional partnerships with field partners to understand voice of field and how it shapes current and future advisory initiatives/priorities
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses across Advisory Integration, or as required by specific projects
  • Deliver data-driven insights and produce recommendations to support strategic direction and business prioritization
  • Identify and ensure tracking of key metrics along with ability to identify needed analytics to further the outcomes needed for the advisory programs
  • Find opportunities to enhance or improve business processes, as needed, to support the advisory programs
  • Assist with facilitation of key governance forum for Advisory products
  • Advance your knowledge of industry and competitor programs and delivery trends, to advise and adjust strategy as appropriate

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create presentations, and present to management
  • Great teammate with strong work ethic and high sense of urgency who is able to work well alone as well as with others on any given project/assignment
  • A client-centric focus - keeps clients in forefront of decisions, connects plans and actions to our purpose of serving clients
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years Financial Services industry experience; relevant strategy and/or project management experience a plus
