Job Title: Sr. UX Engineer Location: Remote for now (Bay Area, CA) Duration: Long Term Client is urgently looking for a Sr. resource with Advance Azure Development and design experience. Request the candidate to share "clickable Interaction designs" preferably using Axure. Which will be assessed during the interview, without it the resume will not be considered. Kindly share suitable profiles at the earliest possible. Job Description:
- Refining the JD further (Inputs received from Client) in addition to original requirements:
- Advanced experience building highly interactive prototypes in Axure
- More experience with interaction/interface design, less on UX research
- Experience in software/application screen designs and flow
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Design or related field
- 10-15 years of relevant experience (we need designers at various experience levels)
- Hands on experience in:
- User Research - Conducting stakeholder workshops to elicit design requirements. Planning, interviewing, analysis and synthesis
- Eliciting and defining requirements
- White boarding design solutions
- Creation of Personas
- Creation of Customer Journey Maps (including during live workshops), Experience maps
- Analysis of opportunities for design intervention that are seen in Customer Journey Maps
- Translating opportunities into solutions in the form of wireframes and interactive mockups across desktop and mobile devices. Advanced experience in building Axure prototypes is required
- Testing and validation of designs with users and stakeholders
- Iteration of designs and getting approvals from technology and business stakeholders
- Storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability work with cross located and global design and technology teams
- Excellent communication skills
