- Design, implement, and test business and technical components for a microservices architecture
- Manage and Lead a team of highly motivated software engineers on a daily basis
- Build and Mentor the team member's professional career path(s)
- Leverage in-memory computing platform to build highly scalable, low latency solutions
- Define REST APIs
- Work in interdisciplinary teams to design, define and implement product features
- Improve the quality and stability of the codebase through continuous refactoring
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Strong object oriented and design and coding skills (Java)
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms and problem solving skills
- Experience with the Java technology stack
- Experience developing REST based Web Services
- 6+ years of Working Experience
- Experience in using Spring Boot
- Experience developing financial applications
- Experience using in memory computing frameworks like GridGain or Hazelcast
- Experience using iPaaS tools such as DELL Boomi
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker or other container management systems
- Experience building large scale, distributed systems
- Experience with relational and NoSQL persistence models
- Experience Leading a team of 3+ engineers
