We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. The Small Business Group at Facebook is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebook’s multi-billion-dollar advertising business. Our Small Business Team helps more than 99% of Facebook’s 10 million plus advertisers, and our potential business is even larger with more than 200 million businesses using our free tools to connect with customers.Our team is seeking a Sales Development Program Manager for its Small & Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development team to develop and manage sales development programs that drive impactful sales engagements across our product family. The ideal candidate has experience setting and owning Sales Development program goals, partnering with Marketing and Sales, and strong problem solving and program management skills. The role of the Sales Development Program Manager will be to manage existing Sales Development Programs as well as design, test, and scale new Sales Development Programs.At Facebook, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Design, test, and scale new Sales Development Programs

Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives

Lead large, global, cross-functional teams including sales and marketing to drive program execution

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent work experience

8+ years of work experience in sales, service, marketing, consulting, design, or product/program management

Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results

Experience problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams

Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders

Program management experience - being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion

Preferred Qualifications: Global experience (including work outside the US)

Experience managing high volume sales pipelines for outsourced sales

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
