The SVP, ITS Program Delivery Services, serves as the strategic inspiring leader to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions for key System and Bank business lines. This role will also serve as a primary back up to the CIO/EVP, ITS, and leads critical initiatives and represents the Bank on System committees and work groups.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to multi-disciplinary technology teams across multiple functions including application development, system architecture, QA, etc., in support of critical System and Bank business lines - Cash Application Delivery Services and Statistics and Reserves
  • Works with System IT leadership to support systemic ITS solutions including those that support the System, Reserve Banks, and national business lines
  • Works with Bank CIO to implement Reserve Bank technology strategies
  • Supports CIO to ensure Reserve Bank technologies, process and procedures meet System standards and risk management protocols
  • Participates as an executive team member on System Committees and workgroups as directed by CIO
  • Dynamically lead a team of senior technology strategists; exploit strengths and develop their potential to create and execute the IT strategy
  • Build an inclusive, inspired, forward-thinking team that applies their real passion for "all things IT" to solve business challenges
  • Strengthen the relationships and communication within information technology locally and at the System level and with business lines on IT strategy, through technology road mapping efforts, innovation sessions, alignment workshops, and other mechanisms

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, change management, strategic planning or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically has 20+ years of professional business/IT management experience; requires 15+ years of progressive people and business leadership experience
  • Extraordinary depth and breadth with a broad range of technologies; real passion for emerging technologies and a dedication to stay up to date on technology trends
  • Exposure to strategic planning, market opportunity, and competitive landscape assessment technique
  • Exposure to digital transformation including transitions to cloud platforms
  • Experience using agile work models
