Building genuine relationships and trust across the organization as well as with candidates is key to this role. Problem-solving skills and the ability to connect dots are also essential in succeeding as a Talent Coordinator. This role will report to the Hiring Manager, working with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Coordinators to bring in the best candidates. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews in-office at San Francisco as well as help with scheduling phone screens and video chats
- Being a friendly, calming guide to candidates on their interview day
- Working with the travel team to book travel for candidates flying in from around the country and overseas
- Communicating interview information and travel details with candidates
- Working with recruiters and hiring managers for each role to optimize the success of their candidates
- Crafting an engaging interview day for each candidate that comes in
- Finding ways to automate and improve manual processes
- Connecting the dots between timelines, people, and preferences to make scheduling a breeze
- Assisting with onsite and external events as needed
- At least one year of Recruiting Coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer service mentality
- Ability to partner and work really well with others
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to be responsive and follow through within a very fast-paced environment
- Experience in a high volume / fast-paced environment
- Experience within a technology company preferred
