Hi We have an urgent role of Technical Business Analyst, Please call me - 6462007180 URGENT HIRE Technical Business Analyst Job Description: The person will be working as a Senior Technical Analyst with the defect management team on the core transformation program. Top responsibilities:
90% doing Defect management and then 10% working as a BA helping out with the E2E team Chase teams to fix problems created by teams on the program (working with almost 8 teams - 100 people) The amount of defect issues from multiple LOBs (Line of Businesses) are driven by governance issues - we need to create a filter, identify it in Jira and chase the team members to fix it. In a way it's basically identifying the problems within tickets in Jira and creating a list of those to be shared with the teams and going after each author of the ticket to fix those problems For example: Team A created 100 defects but 90 / 100 are missing target due dates. Get these team members from that LOB on a call and show them what is missing and find out who is responsible for resolving these. Top Skills: Must be very strong in Jira Must have experience filtering Jira issues meaning they should be able to dig through tickets and create advanced Jira filters with Jira queries (JQL or Jira Query Language) - Keep in mind that they use a tool X-Ray, which is a nice to have. If someone doesn't have X-Ray they MUST be proficient in Jira as well as creating advanced Jira filters Confluence knowledge Team player/collaboration - must have great communication skills A lot of patience Someone who takes the initiative and offers help Regards Gagan 6462007180 Vacancy expired!
