Join the eXcell team. Our high-visibility corporate client is seeking a Technical Program Manager, ideally with a background in shipping hardware and working with silicon vendors. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills in a highly matrixed environment. Please read our notice on the increase of recruitment scams in the industry. Overview:

  • Using PMO best practices and standards, partner with existing Product / Program Managers to facilitate a project management process to fit their needs, oversee, and execute on that process / plan
  • Create, maintain, and control the project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify risks to the project
  • Shepherd the Project Team through the Release process, being mindful of all requirements
  • Facilitate program communications, identify, and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • Master's degree and PMI certification required
  • Experience working with external partners and silicon vendors preferred
  • Experience shipping hardware products and post-launch support preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Android a plus
  • Outstanding track record of accomplishing results in a matrixed environment, working collaboratively across boundaries, and influencing other teams
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Enthusiasm, attention to detail, results-oriented, organized, motivated and self-driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid critical thinking and questioning skills
