Responsibilities:- Deliver the software projects that power our products (Voice based & Text based AI)
- Execute implementation best practices that help ensure long term success
- Contribute to a team (engineering, product, customer) that consistently delivers on schedule with high quality from kick-off through production
- Relevant Technical Project Management Experience – 5+ years
- A track record of testing & delivering software projects on time
- Experience of detailing user stories
- Significant project management experience with modern cloud-based applications (React & Python)
- The flare to lead a team of enthusiastic engineers
- A passion for positive impact
- Experience building HIPAA compliant healthcare software
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure
- Experience in the translation of business workflows
- Experience with ElasticSearch
- Experience with RPA, chatbot or phonebot projects
- Experience with telephony or healthcare systems
- Experience with managing projects involving software for, and powered by, large datasets
- Experience with NLP and conversational AI
- Experience with HL7, EPIC or Cerner
- B.S. or higher in computer science or engineering
