- Analyze, plan and discuss the project requirements with clients.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of developers while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical meetings with the developers to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Do periodic code reviews & help the developers with the technical problem during the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Looking for PMI or PMP Certified project manager with having a minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
- Out of 7 years, at least 4 years of experience shall have been in a lead capacity.
- Should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven working experience as a Technical PM
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities with problem-solving skills
- Preferred experience in managing internal and external teams.
- Preferred experience or knowledge with developing applications that contain confidential information.
- Preferred technically strong in Java, AWS, and Oracle Database.
