Job Description
Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 months (Strong possibility of extension) Job Description:- Note, this is a hybrid schedule, with Wednesday being a mandatory day.
- They prefer the candidate reside in SF, but if they're a very strong match, the HM will consider NYC.
- The ideal candidate will have previously managed test environments, and be able to refresh the data accordingly.
- They'll understand technical nuansises, and have had experience in programming, testing, and/or operational support.
- They must be very organized and have strong communication skills.
- The Technical Project Manager will manage the Enterprise Banking platform environments.
- Candidate will manage and coordinate the key initiatives within the non-production environments for the Bank.
- The individual must be extremely adaptable, independent contributor, and provide overall quality control to the program.
- Experience in leading technology solutions is required with a firm understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- The role collaborates to understand scope, requirements, design, testing, timeline, and adheres to program processes and standards.
- The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved.
- The position may lead/and or direct the work of others.
- Serves as the environment project manager for Enterprise Banking platform (EBP).
- Facilitates and manages all components within EBP are available in the non-production environments to support the end to end testing. (APIs, interfaces, Vendor integrations etc.).
- Develops and implements processes and standards to help maintain the environment integrity.
- Documents meeting minutes and decisions, and tracks and manages all risks and issues.
- Creates and presents status reports and executive dashboards on program progress and issues.
- Facilitates impact analyses of current/existing technologies on the program.
- May contribute and/or lead vendor relationship management for project-related vendors; supports enterprise vendor management standards.
- Supports management in data gathering for regulatory and third party reviews.
- Monitors program execution and escalates program issues as necessary.
- Maintains a flexible work schedule.

- PMP certification desirable.
- 10+ years of combined project management and technical experience.
- Formal training in project or program management.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects within budget and on time.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, team building, mentoring, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to communicate concisely and briefly Previous experience in: o Information technology and information systems o Banking o IT security and infrastructure projects.
- Advanced in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the enterprise and with external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum direction.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to with multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall.
- Preferred Technical working knowledge with the following products: o AWS Cloud o New Relic o Service NOW o RHEL Linux o Middleware Technologies: Appian Flightpath, Google Apigee o MS Windows / SQL Server o File Transfer.
- Technologies: Seeburger o Control-M o Splunk o Solarwinds o Jira o Tableau o Confluence o General Networking.
- Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
