Description
Designs, creates, and publishes content that is informative, concise, visually compelling, and a delight to consume. • Research highly technical and compliance information and gather input from cybersecurity team members, synthesizing into documentation that can be shared with an external audience. • Compose and maintain security collateral and content which has the purpose of assuring customers of the security of their data. These documents describe our platform's security features, capabilities, compliance with regulatory & privacy standards, and benefits for prospective and existing customers • Partner with subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and translate technical security information into clear, concise language that is easily understood by a technical and non-technical audience. • Collaborate with Legal, Design, Branding and Information Experience organizations. • Deliver content assets on time and at the expected quality to make sure great content is available within the deadlines. • Thinks critically and uses data to inform content to ensure we remain true to customer information needs and make an impact. • Understands and evangelizes the benefits of finding brevity and delivering the exact right content to meet the needs of the audience. • Manage multiple projects with ease.• Audit and evaluate existing content, recommending changes/rewrites to meet brand guidelines and content standards.• Contribute content to other Trust & Security efforts as needed Requirements • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of experience with successful technical writing or related roles• 5+ years of direct experience in information security industry • Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, methodologies, frameworks• Able to produce samples of work. • Experience with Content Management Systems. • Excellent experience with G Suite and Microsoft Word.• Experience working on Enterprise documentation. • Demonstrable understanding of core cybersecurity domains such as Communications and Network Security; Identity and Access Management; Security Assessment and Testing; Vulnerability Management; Security Operations; Software Development Security; Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery; Hybrid, Public and Private Cloud security.
