GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity in San Francisco, CA for Windows Endpoint Engineer. This would be a Six to Twelve month contract to start out. Interviews will be conducted through phone and video conference. Work will start remote until Covid-19 has been cleared for employees to work onsite. Job Description:-Responsible to management and deployment of Trend Micro CloudOne Endpoint agent to all on-premise Windows servers.-Tool support - install, operate, manage, maintain, update, upgrade, patch, and administer TrendMicro-Symantec/Carbon Black retirement tasks: remove, decommission, retire Carbon Black and Symantec Endpoint infrastructure-Coordinate and follow-ups with Windows Server Director, Project Manager, and Security team to ensure compliance-Experience in Policy Configuration Management-Experience in all performance troubleshooting and testing activities related to Malware protection-Lead and participate in troubleshooting calls-Able to create policy and procedure manual-Flexibility to work in shifts and collaboration with offshore to provide 24x7 support-Assist in the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools-Manage Incident/Request/Changes related to both support and project tasks.
