Requirement Strong Workday functional experience in Recruitment, Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management / Time Tracking and Talent Management Should have good expertise at least in Workday Security, Payroll or Time Tracking Excellent communication skill and should be able to communicate effectively with the stakeholders directly Good analytical and consulting skills in Workday functional overall 2+ years of relevant experience Minimum 1 end to end workday implementation experience Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration Experiencing developing functional requirements Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution Workday Skill Functional expertise in Core HR, Security, Time Tracking, Benefit, Compensation, Absence, workday Payroll Should be able to take the ownership of Workday payroll and time tracking from the functional front Should have a decent concept and understanding of low to medium complexity calculated fields Workday Reports, EIB Business process Configuration Thanks and Regards, Amit kumar II Technical Recruiter eye
