- Learn the retirement account space and become a subject matter expert on Required Minimum Distributions
- Partnering with other Product Owners, you will be responsible for alignment, execution, and strategic vision of a re-imagined digital retirement account distribution experience
- You will translate product vision into specific deliverables, managing the product backlog across engineering and a user experience scrum teams.
- You will support a UX team of designers by representing the scenarios, use cases, and customer problems we are solving
- You will drive the product roadmap and define release maps based on feasibility, viability, usability of features
- You will help drive business analysis on new features including process mapping, activity diagraming, and use case modeling to help frame the next opportunity for the team.
- You will partner with a content strategist and a design team to support the process of getting new content approved by Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Fraud.

- Good understanding and/or experience with financial services bank & brokerage regulations, specifically around Retirement and Experience writing user stories using Gherkin language, is a plus.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Splunk, Optimizely, A/B Testing, MABL is a plus.
