Job Description:

Title: Product Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 12 months

Description/Comment: The team is collectively responsible for:
  • Strategy - Setting clear product vision through feature prioritization, rooted in addressing client needs and moving the needle on business goals
  • Execution - On all aspects of digital product development including discovery, experimentation, delivery, measurement, and response
  • Client Focus - Develop a deep understanding of the target market, personas, and client pain-points
  • Partnership - As a member of a cross functional team, collaborate with UX Design, UX Research, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Digital Product to delivery products our customers love. Support a variety of stakeholders across the organization including our client-facing employees serving clients as well as platform teams across the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product and customer champion
  • Learn the retirement account space and become a subject matter expert on Required Minimum Distributions
  • Partnering with other Product Owners, you will be responsible for alignment, execution, and strategic vision of a re-imagined digital retirement account distribution experience
  • You will translate product vision into specific deliverables, managing the product backlog across engineering and a user experience scrum teams.
  • You will support a UX team of designers by representing the scenarios, use cases, and customer problems we are solving
  • You will drive the product roadmap and define release maps based on feasibility, viability, usability of features
  • You will help drive business analysis on new features including process mapping, activity diagraming, and use case modeling to help frame the next opportunity for the team.
  • You will partner with a content strategist and a design team to support the process of getting new content approved by Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Fraud.
  • You will play an active role providing input into iterative user testing, leveraging research findings to make product decisions and ongoing improvements to the client experience
  • You will use data effectively to help you drive user insights and inform product decisions
  • You will represent product in an agile environment by activating team members across different functions to execute on product delivery

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Splunk, Optimizely, A/B Testing, MABL is a plus.
