Job DescriptionYou have a deep fundamental understanding of mechanistic ADME, IVIVE, PK and PBPK and a track record of applying this to advance drug discovery. Your strong chemistry background enables you to evaluate ADME SAR and suggest molecule optimization strategies. You have hands on scripting (Python, R or similar) experience so that you can support your direct reports in their work and enable and champion the use of computational approaches and MPO to address ADME issues in teams. You are resourceful and flexible in problem solving and work in a collaborative and inclusive manner.

Minimum Requirements:You have 8-15+ years relevant DMPK and/or computational chemistry experience and at least 3+ years as a DMPK project team lead for multiple drug discovery programs. You have built and applied QSAR machine learning models and understand pros and cons of different machine learning and deep learning approaches. Ideally you have good understanding of in vitro ADME assay design and data interpretation. You have managed multiple direct reports and are comfortable setting goals, managing deliverables and providing mentoring for technical and career development.
