Our industry-leading SaaS client is looking for a talented Information Security Analyst to respond to customer security questions, facilitate product security improvements, and ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Information Security Analyst: - Evaluate and resolve current and prospective customer security and/or compliance requests
- Maintain security collateral, including questionnaire response documents, for field and customers
- Coordinate with sales, field, and support personnel to understand product security architecture and operations
- Maintain internal security metrics and reports
Requirements of the Information Security Analyst: - Experience in information security risk, governance, or compliance (SaaS preferred)
- Technical knowledge across all security domains
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
