This individual will be a need to deliver SAFe training such as Lean Portfolio Management, Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe for PO/PM and agile related workshops to help ready Values Streams and Agile Release Trains. Coaches IT leadership to establish agile strategy through implementation: Lean Portfolio Management, Value Streamdevelopment, Agile Release Trains and team level agilityConduct training for executives, managers and leaders, development teams, and specialty roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer.Identifies opportunities for the organization to improve agility and application of agile values and principles to help accelerate the delivery of valueCoaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams on how to effectively apply agile values, principles and practices.Experience Minimum: Job-related experience, 9 yearsExperience Desired: Experience as Agile Team Coach, 5 years
