We are looking for several very talented Senior Software Engineers with extensive backend focused development experience with Python and Django to join our seasoned team of world-class engineers. You will maintain, enhance our industry leading product that is used by tens of thousands of clients each day and our external APIs are a significant way we work with our industry leading partners to help our clients expand their businesses.

Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

Ability to enhance and optimize our products and APIs
Work with data engineers to incorporate new data sources
Improve code base performance and request latency

Required:

5+ years of Backend focused Software Development experience
Advanced proficiency with Python experience
Experience with Django or similar python web framework
Experience developing scalable APIs (RESTful/3rd Party Payment APIs)
Strong SQL knowledge (programming/queries) and Relational Database experience with RDBMs (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
Experience with cloud computing utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Collaborative and proactive personality
Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities

Nice to have skills, not required:

Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools and best practices is a huge plus
Proficient with modern web technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 is a huge plus
Proficient with React.js or similar JS MVC framework is a huge plus
