Project Scope: Our client has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician with the following skills and experience: Responsibilities:- Primary contact for helpdesk support requests
- Deploy images and install software to laptops
- Administer users and objects in Active Directory
- Administration of our IT services applications (i.e.: O365, Atlassian, Google Apps, Slack)
- 1-3 years' experience in a corporate IT support role
- In depth knowledge of Windows & Mac OSX environments
- Must have strong applications administration experience (O365, Atlassian, Google Apps, ShoreTel)
- Proficiency with Powershell and/or Bash
- Understanding of network fundamentals such as routing, security and troubleshooting
- A+, ACMT, or other network, hardware, or data certifications a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills emphasizing customer service
