We are seeking a customer-focused, team-oriented and motivated Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and believe in the importance of quality.

Essential Functions
  • Implement, customize and integrate solutions
  • Experience with Data Integration. Flat file integration / mapping / translation, API integrations.
  • Use of API, SDK, Built-in scripts, Cloud services and databases
  • Experience with Client Server & Cloud applications and Platforms
  • Experience supporting production Software as a Service (SaaS) using management tools and automation.

Requirements:
  • Software development background; Angular, JavaScript preferred
  • Experience building and managing multiple customer installations
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
  • SCM admin and/or PS experience would be a plus

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
