Hardware Test ATE Operator Sensing manufacturer seeking entry-level Test Operator to join product testing team.

Job Responsibilities• Perform manual testing of package parts using variety of automated test equipment (ATE), bench top testers.• Perform operation, setting-up automated wafer probers and test equipment (ATE) for wafer level testing.• Monitor test results, yield and notify Product/Test Engineers if data does not match with the expected results.• Document test results and save data logs onto the appropriate locations of the server. • Inspect package parts and wafers visually for defects, correct placement, orientation before and after testing.• Pack, label material according to internal guidelines to ship it to internal/external customers or to subcontractors.• Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration and trouble shoot for corrective action of test hardware and equipment.• Identify recurring failures, issues of test hardware, equipment and work together with Technicians/Test Engineers to resolve it.• Download production test data from overseas sub-cons, save onto appropriate locations of the server on a regular basis.• Process production test data using existing scripts, save it in tabular format also on a regular basis.• Perform physical tasks to store and move materials, parts, supplies and equipment’s.• Requires traveling to outside test houses to perform testing, use test equipment’s.
