Greetings from HCL America!Role Expectations:Drive day-to-day operations and deliver on the organizations business processes and operations deliverables. Manage the requirement for Digitization of manual processes. Manage business processes systems and tools to support the organization. Responsible for tracking of and dashboard reporting about key success metrics. Strategic planning & analysis, complex problem solving. Responsibilities: Execute various business activities to support efficient day to day business operations Proven record as a Business Analyst in Agile lifecycleFamiliarity with Scrum principles & ability to conduct Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Demo, Retrospective to support the project & Dev teams.Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, presentation, influencing, coordination/mediation, ability to convey key points of complex topics in a concise manner Ability to articulate the system behavior and gather enough details to get the work done.Ability to wear multiple hats – contribute as a Business Analyst to gather requirements from business teams, convert them to User Stories in Rally and track with Development team for execution & implementation.Ability to conduct UAT & give demo to business teams to take feedback on behalf of Dev TeamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Manage other strategic business operations projects, as required.Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and develop insights into complex business problems.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with track record of leading or working with cross functional teams Results oriented, able to prioritize in face of multiple requests with ability to complete deliverables on time.
