Title: Business Analyst Duration: 6 Months (Remote)Location: San Jose, CA Responsibilities:- Works on provider Load template - understand all the data elements that must be completed to load the providers and work any that error out.
- Maintains and updates Monthly Rosters for multiple participating groups.
- Troubleshoots provider load configuration issues based on testing results.
- Provides analytical and problem-solving expertise, including, definition and documentation and business workflow analysis.
- Documents business requirements.
- Develops configuration requirements and maintains detailed documentation.
- Managed Care operation concepts and principles.
- Medi-Cal and the Exchange business.
- Principles and methods of QNXT systems and procedures.
- Principles and practices of technical problem-solving.
