You will deliver breakthrough business outcomes for clients—by harnessing talent, data and intelligence to revolutionize their operating models.Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.The Business Transformation Associate Manager will work within Accenture as the Operations Business Transformation Lead that supports efforts to improve organizational effectiveness. They work with an extended team to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and training across the organization to deliver on the Journey to Intelligent Operations. The Business Transformation Associate Manager is responsible for verifying that work is consistently and effectively performed and create deliverables according to established core procedures, processes, and methodologies around our Journey. They will work closely with Global Operations and BE, as well as, local Delivery Leads to provide transformation roadmap measurements, plans, actions and team management. Location must be in Mountain View, CA or surrounding area.Responsibilities:Lead the Journey to Intelligent Operations

Including development of the Transformation Roadmap with Delivery & Client

Assessing and routinely monitoring the performance and actions to the roadmap with regional and global Ops / BE

Drives quality improvements across projects and processes

Develops and supports advanced analytics

Designs and oversees data collection plans

Independently supports DMAIC, DFSS

Develops other members of Operational Excellence team

Instructs and educates delivery leads and account management personnel

Helps design training curriculums

Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of Six Sigma and / or Lean experience

A minimum of 4 years of project management experience

A minimum of 1 year of client facing experience

Industry Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field

Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt as evidenced by application, risk, process and metric definition and analysis examples

Certified PMP

Basic level of Minitab, SPC or SPSS

Proficient in Microsoft Project and examples of project participation

Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, statistical analysis with Excel functions, data mining)

Strong presentation skills

Basic quantitative analysis skills

Project Costing and cost modeling

Business Case development

Client facing consulting experience

Able to pass an Operational Excellence skills assessment administered by an Operational Excellence Master Black Belt, Black Belt or other Lean to confirm certification and qualification
