Role : CRM Migration Program Manager SAN JOSE,CA (REMOTE) (Must Work On PST Time Zone) Long Term Contract What you'll do

  • Manage the consolidation of the leagacy Magento and Marketo CRM Systems onto MS Dynamics.
  • Apply expert Agile project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Interface with the product owner and BSAs on a proactive basis to manage the product backlog and get stories ready for sprint
  • Conduct all Scrum related ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standup meetings, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Facilitate day-to-day scrum team activities, remove roadblocks, and support team members.
  • Remove obstacles and manage risks to enable team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate Release Management Activities with the RMO team
  • Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and leverage metrics to continuously improve the team's efficiency and performance
What you need to succeed
  • Minimum of 5 years of Scrum Master experience in software, SaaS and/or related industry
  • Experience managing Customer Experience projects in an environment that leverages web, phone, and messaging/chat platforms on the back end
  • Experience influencing scrum teams and driving them via their agile development cycle to deliver on schedule and to expectations
  • Ability to align efforts of disparate groups, including remote/geographically dispersed team members, to achieve a common goal
  • Proven ability to provide structure and necessary process without compromising speed of delivery
  • Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns.
  • Demonstrate a strong bias towards action
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
  • Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint and MS Office suite
  • Education
  • Bachelors or equivalent a must
  • Certification a plus: CSM
