Job Role-Database Application Architect Work in San Jose, CA. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be required Please refer to Job No. ESOL22-5903 when submitting resume Analyze and define business requirements; architect, design, and develop large database applications to enable businesses with informed decision making; perform feasibility analysis; determine project scope; design logical and physical data models; develop machine learning methods; design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes; integrate data from multiple source systems into data warehouse; automate data ingestion processes and reports; identify and recommend process improvement; ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy; develop and deploy Tableau applications to translate data into meaningful and actionable data visualizations; perform impact analysis for requested changes and additional to data structures; plan project execution; conduct testing; perform root-cause analysis; design solutions to correct technical problems; and manage project development schedule and progress. Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field of study and three years of application development experience or Bachelor's degree and five years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in application development.
- Work experience with data modeling, data analytics, SQL, R, Tableau, and SPSS.
