DescriptionRECENT GRADS ARE WELCOME! This Entry Level Accounts Payable position would be great for people who have just graduated in Accounting or Economics or any related fields. The position is open to people who may have had internships for accounting or just obtained their degree in it. It is temp to hire and full time, and starts ASAP.Primary Responsibilities:
Generating invoices, bank deposits, and account statements
Assist in month end reports
Assist in processing and data entry for AP invoices
Ad hoc projects for accounting teams
Route invoices for proper approval and follows up until the process is completed
Processing and keying payables invoices

Eager to learn
Basic accounting knowledge
Exellent communication sills
Proficient in QuickBooks is a plus
BA/BS or AA/AS in accounting or related field is preferred
