Technology Communications company in San Jose is looking to hire a
Business/Financial Analyst to assist and support the NetSuite ERP ImplementationSummary Seeking a Senior Finance Project Assistant in support of NetSuite implementation. The individual will work alongside the project Finance Lead through execution and completion of the finance track including design and configurations, test cycles (SIT and UAT), data migration, and cutover/go-live.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:- Liaison with stakeholders and implementation partners
- Work with stakeholders to drive the completeness of master data collections.
- Oversee the UAT testing cycle including test script development, issues tracking and resolution, test results documentation, and SOX requirements.
- Document procedures and processes applicable to the new ERP and finance peripheral systems.
- Experience with systems implementation (ERP in particular).
- Strong NetSuite experience required.
- Proficient with large-scale data sets, data mining, and the use of data.
- Understanding of relational databases a plus.
- Interest and/or experience with systems such as Microsoft PowerBI, Adaptive Insights, Syspro, Oracle & SAP preferred.
- Strong teamwork and project-related skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively will all levels of management.
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills.
- BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 7+ years general accounting and financial reporting experience preferred.
