A large global retailer offering clothing, accessories, and personal care products are on the search for a Senior Front End engineer to enhance the Checkout UI functions on the company platform. You will be a primary contributor to improving multiple features and components on user-facing products. You will have the opportunity to utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance the overall user experience to create a great customer interaction with the platform and deliver complex and spectacular solutions on a large scale. You will lead and collaborate cross-functionally to improve multiple features/components, clothing, checking-out, and payments to make the process a swift one. This opportunity is based out of Pleasanton, California, however, is open to all candidates within the United States in a remote setting. - You create and improve systems, bridging the gap between the user and backend developers to provide the best user experience.
- 3+ years using JavaScript (React, Redux), CSS3, HTML5, Restful API's, Node.JS, Scala, Ruby on Rails, Python or Java.
- You're comfortable working in an Agile environment, both collaboratively and independently.
- You have experience with React.
