Senior HRIS AnalystLooking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior HRIS Analyst for our HR Operations team to develop best in class programs and provide expert advice to the HR Team and Business leaders. The successful candidate will be able to work at an experienced level as well as roll-up their sleeves. Preferred candidate will be an HRIS expert, experience implementing HCM systems, building tools, training, and excel in high growth situations. This individual will work out of our India office and this is a contractual employment (for 6 months )Key Responsibilities:New System Implementation

Support the build out and implementation for new HRIS System

Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.

Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests

Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management

Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries

Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues

Developing HR metrics

Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs

Communicate and collaborate with key partners, facilitating successful change and project management.

On-Going Support

Performing application upgrades, as well as and providing training and technical support.

Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.

Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.

Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs.

Provide reports and analysis to leadership and People Ops team members to inform and guide decision-making.

Communicate and collaborate with key partners, facilitating successful change and project management.

Build strong partnerships with the HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Cross-Functional teams as well as our 3rd party vendors.

Qualifications:Problem solving and critical thinking: Approach problem-solving from an evidence-based perspective, using sound reasoning and recognizing how emotion affects choices and implementation with the keen ability to diagnose and successfully handle organizational development issues.

Analytical Skills: Comfort with data and using data to provide insights to help advise and influence business decisions.

Strong ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.

Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.

Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.

Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.

Proficiency in HRM software, such as Workday HCM, UKG HCM, and Oracle HCM.

Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.

Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a highly matrixed business environment.

Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices.

Minimum Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.

3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry.
