Complete tasks to help VoIP engineers migrate Agencies from Cisco UC/UCCE version 10.5 to version 12.5 Specific Tasks: 1. Config and create cutsheets with relevant info on an agency's VoIP phones in preparation for successful agency cut-overs. 2. Provide post-cutover support to agencies.
