Industry Advisor Grid Operations for Electric Utilities Location: Flexible, this is a remote position that requires Travel. Experience: 10+ Years in the utility industry, in the domain of Grid Operations for Transmission & Distribution utilities, preferably working with Investor-Owned Utilities in the United States. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields Job Description: The associate will play the role of an Industry Advisor in the Grid Operations domain for Electric Utilities and is expected to work on growth and transformation initiatives that will help grow the Utilities business as well as create a brand awareness for TCS in the Grid Operations domain. Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of final proposal and project deliverables and persuasively advise the clients while earning the role of a trusted advisor Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, and facilitate workshops with clients Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives Participate in professional development TCS project delivery team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new associates Qualifications: Deep industry knowledge/experience in Enterprise Asset Management function for as and/or electric utility business Experience in at least one of the following: project delivery, business integration, systems integration, strategy consulting, business transformation Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fluid business situations
