Description:Duties and Responsibilities Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment Seek ways to leverage emerging technology that will allow Qorvo to increase productivity while reducing hardware and software acquisition costs Analyze, document, plan, and coordinate application and operating system implementations, updates, and upgrades Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems. Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences, back-out instructions, and risk mitigation Support a program of change to meet business needs Develop positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external people Skills Proven track record in identifying and resolving problems, risks, and issues Experience with successfully implementing enterprise-class tools is desired Must be self-motivated Competent and proficient understanding of various hardware and software platforms including desktop operating systems Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
